- Nutrition: This is dedicated to running nutrition. Runners have different nutritional needs then say a weightlifter does and this section addresses those needs.
- Music: This sections focuses on playlists for runners. It has various playlists with different beats per minute to help you maintain your running cadence.
- Online Store: The online store has everything from shoes to clothes to GPS watches. You will be able to find something to fit your running needs.
